Chhattisgarh Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (CGIAM) Inaugurated by High Court Judge

BILASPUR, The Chhattisgarh High Court Judge Justice Goutam Bhaduri, who also serves as the chairman of the State Legal Services Authority, recently inaugurated the Chhattisgarh Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (CGIAM). The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed HC judges Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey and Justice Deepak Kumari Tiwari. Hamida Siddiqui, the director of CGIAM, highlighted the institute's mission to provide a platform for alternative dispute resolution. Siddiqui mentioned that a panel of certified mediators will be available to facilitate the resolution of cases, thereby promoting efficient and peaceful dispute resolution in the region.
