Under a court order, Sachin Baghel has been directed to resume his position as the President of the District Cooperative Central Bank Rajnandgaon-Kawardha. Additionally, the 12 elected members of the bank's board of directors will also be reinstated and assume their respective roles.
Previously, during the tenure of the Congress government they removed Sachin Baghel from the position of District Cooperative Bank President, along with the removal of 12 bank board of directors members.
Sachin Baghel challenged this decision in the High Court, where the matter was under consideration. Despite having one and a half years of his tenure remaining, Sachin Baghel was removed from his post following a change in the state government.
Today, Sachin Baghel visited the District Cooperative Central Bank Rajnandgaon to register his presence, providing a copy of the court order reinstating him as the President.
